- Responsible for a cloud E-Mail Security solution, for Global 1000 companies, filtering over 150 million messages per day.
- Managed production network consisting of Cisco switches and routers, F5 load-balancers, and Foundry load-balancers
- Managed over 1000 production Linux (CentOS) systems for web and email environments, consisting of Dell servers and blade-servers.
- Managed production storage systems consisting of Network Appliance (NetApp) and SGI SAN systems.
- Implemented production monitoring of all systems, to provide alerting, trending information and to better plan for capacity.
